Mieke joined Freedom FFS mid 2022 as a casual employee doing basic administration and office support work.

After graduating from college in 2022, she became full-time, learning all the intricacies of the SMSF set up process and becoming the SMSF set up team’s lead account manager.

While Mieke has been responsible for managing every aspect of the highly complex SMSF set up process, from the legal establishment, to the ATO and banking processes – her current focus is working with FFSS.

In mid-2023, Freedom Financial Superannuation Solutions invited Mieke to broaden her role and expertise even further, and she is now learning the SMSF tax and accounting processes to support the ongoing SMSF administration team, led by Peta.

Mieke has recently started undergoing her studying to complete her Diploma in Business, and is also training as a junior SMSF accountant.

She has also taken on the role as our ASIC manager, dealing with and managing all things ASIC related.

In all she does, Mieke strives to ensure that her work is of the highest quality and every client is well looked after.

Mieke enjoys staying active and going to the gym. She has a strong interest in the beauty industry, undertaking one CIT course in 2019 with plans to complete another.
