Lauren Styles
Lauren has worked in the financial services industry since 1999, focusing on superannuation and life insurance. Lauren’s 20 years plus of experience has been split between corporates such as Macquarie and private practice, where she specialises in development of appropriate wealth protection strategies for employed and self-employed clients, with a focus on SMEs, equity transfer and key person insurance.
Lauren is the founder of The Smart Fox and is highly regarded in the industry for her product and technical knowledge, along with her skills in being able to find appropriate insurance solutions for clients with complicated circumstances. Lauren is also regarded highly for her ability to procure outcomes for claimants with difficult claims.
Lauren holds a Diploma of Financial Advising from the Securities Institute. She has also guest lectured for the Advance Insurance subject for final year students at Latrobe University, presented to peers at industry conferences and been published in industry media. Lauren has been a finalist in the 2020 and 2021 IFA Excellence Awards ‘Risk Adviser of the Year’.
In her spare time Lauren enjoys training and competing with her horses in dressage.
