Now, in a rare appearance in Australia, Barbara O’Neill will be visiting Brisbane for the official launch of the registered Australian charity Future Solutions Foundation, where she will serve as Honorary Patron of the charity. The Foundation, established by FreedomFFS Cass Smith in 2025, has been created to support Australians affected by medical negligence by helping connect people with legal assistance, financial guidance, and compassionate care.
