It’s no secret the top-down push for 100% digital economy is on. Many would prefer to keep cash as an option, and so they’ve devised a simple strategy to send a message to the banks: withdraw some cash every Tuesday, starting 2 April 2024. Whether it’s a lobster ($20) or 20 pineapples ($1000), making it a habit to take cash out every Tuesday – and telling others what you’re doing and WHY – can help keep cash alive.
